Coronar artery arising single coronary ostium is a rarely seen coronary artery anomaly. In this situation, nourishing the heart will be via a single coronary artery. This anomaly is clinically very important because it can result in sudden death due to coursing anomalous. In this manuscript, we present a case who had single coronary artery anomaly originating from right coronary ostium.
