Brain metastases which settle down in the leptomeningeal area are rare entity. Neurologic disorders are found in more than half of the patients who are lung cancer. A case 68 year old a man, with diffuse leptomeningeal metastases which was supported as pancreas cancer in helping investigations but was defined us small cell lung carcinoma in open brain biopsy has been presented.
